A (My) Unique Story Related With Online Money-Making

I have some pages that I think are quite successful (this month, I’m at about $ 5,000), but I have a ton of other pages that have made $0 to $10 in their lives, so I feel qualified to give a proper review. Before I start though quick warning: the whole process of keyword research, writing content, and creating a page is not complicated.

The hard part is finding the right way to do it. There is no single right way to do keyword research, write content, or any of the above because there are many ways to succeed.

Still, there are tons of online “gurus” who always say it’s incredibly easy and then push their crappy product into your face without making a cent with Amazon Affiliate. Kind of sad, isn’t it?

Here are some harsh truths: even if you have a process of creating successful pages, some of them will still be guts. Okay, now let’s talk about my failure. My first page was a happy success. I chose a broad niche by accident and started making money right away.

I thought I was some kind of genius. I did some “professional” keyword research and found four more niches that I thought would be good. All 4 of these niches were awful because the competition was too high for me, and I didn’t know enough about optimization at the time to compete at that level.

I realized, “The more websites you create and the more you learn, the easier it will be to compete with the big boys.”

In fact, I started at $0. Then I made $700 in the following monthly project. However, I realized quite quickly and learned that I was not as good as I thought I was. Fortunately, I spent only $200 on domains, new hosting, and themes. Also, I wrote all the content myself.

After that, I spent hours and hours learning everything I could about keyword research, understanding competition, and optimizing pages and off-pages.

I found a niche that I thought was great, and I guess what? I also become a member of a great online selling platform, which provided me enough money because they offer low fees (+/- 1%). I had some electronic stock and started to make money.

Then I saw an opportunity. After that, the page I created with the money I saved (not that I saved thousands of thousands of dollars, but still I kept a couple of tens) That page was also a bust.

That page alone cost me about $100 because I signed up for external support for some of the content and tried to build links to it, which is a terrible idea if you don’t know what you’re doing. However, I learned from those failures, and now I have five websites that I think are quite successful.

I started by creating one successful page for every ten bad ones, and now I’m closer to the point where I can get 25% or 1 out of 4 pages to be quite successful. At least I will have 200 USD per month from a single page.

I hope you like my short story, looking forward to reading about any similarities as well!
